We offer many different ways for you to choose how you would like your repair evaluation handled. If you choose a quoting option and decide not to repair the estimate is FREE!

On-Site Technicians Available

Within a four hour radius of our shop we offer qualified technicians to come out and evaluate a machine down repair and advise you on how to proceed and what needs repaired. Sometimes it may be necessary for a technician to bring a unit back to our shop for repair. If you are farther away please give us a call and we may be able to still help you with troubleshooting!

It is our highest priority to make sure you are kept up to date on your repair while its in our shop. We update you either by phone or email throughout the repair process with quotes, questions on your job, updating you on the status of your job including parts ETA and job completion dates.

Our Repair Philosophy

We guarantee our repairs with a one year warranty. In order to do this, we want to make sure that we dont just fix a bad component and send it back. We thoroughly clean all electronics and motors, change bearings and run all applicable tests on motors as well as repaint, and change all capacitors and optos on electronics (as these are the most common components that fail in electronics). It is our goal that you get a working machine you can rely on and can be running well past our guaranteed warranty!

Testing

We have many different test procedures and equipment setups to test most units that come in for repair. Fanuc cabinets, robots, okuma machines, Baldor Sweo Drives, Indramat Drives and many more! We want to make sure your unit is thoroughly tested before you receive it back.

1 Year Warranty on all repairs

We offer a 1 year warranty on all our work from the date you put your unit in your machine.

We do understand that sometimes units our repaired as a spare and you may not go to use the unit for awhile after receiving it back. We do ask that when you receive your unit back and get a chance to test it to please do so and let us know if there are any questions or issues. Anything that we do to your unit including parts changed or adjustments made, etc. will be honored under the warranty. In some situations warranty coverage will not apply in the case where a unit is damaged due to the fault of the customer or a different part of the machine failing. We always inspect a unit if it comes back within the year period and let you know our findings and whether it will be covered under warranty or not. We do our absolute best to fix things the first time and make them last - keeping warranties to a minimum is very important to us!
